Back in August of this year, saxophonist Albert Rivera stepped out with his impromptu project “Inner Peace,” to shake and rattle things up a bit on the jazz scene. Recently I was drawn to reacquaint myself with the power, energy and finesse of his magnetic horn play as it blurs seamlessly through the conduit of the eclectic voice of this amazing saxophonist on his debut “Re-Introduction” released in 2008.
